Heartsong Fit podcast is stress-relieving conversation for the stressed and stretched-too-thin listener. Your host, Vickie Maris, has been traveling a journey of improving fitness, mindfulness and overall health. With a busy career, farm and life as a musician, she was also involved in elder care that created a demand on her time and increased her stress levels.
